I was just wondering, why do you think we see only one side of the moon? I don't mean why scientifically I mean why did God choose to place the moon rotating at such a speed as it does so that we only see one side? Do you think it was for a specific reason? Like, for example, lets say a meteor hit the moon and pushed it off track, not in its distance or anything, just in spin. Would that change the tides? Seasons? Its ability to reflect the sunlight at night? What if we saw a completely different side of them moon all the time? What's so special about this side that this is what God wanted us looking at for thousands of years???

These are some pictures of a ladybug that I saw when I was in Fort Bragg last year. My cousin posted a blog about God's beautiful creation that made me remember these (click here for that blog)

The spots of white on the ladybug are sand.

I really like my camera. It takes some nice closeups. The blue background other pic is denim jeans.

This is the best one I could get of the ladybugs face.

Next are some pics of a flower I found.

It looked like such a perfect rose!

It was just miniature!!!

Recently I was working on my finances and I was pretty scared. My car loan payments usually build up for several months before they go through. This means that I have to make sure I have enough in the bank to cover the payments. I will look at my balance and think "wow I have a lot of money" and then start remembering how long it has been since my car loan payment went through (it's a personal loan through and this friend rarely goes to the bank).

So anyway, before doing my bills I sat down and wrote my tithe check first. Then I prayed and asked God to help me cover all my bills this month. I have been running on a tighter budget since getting this computer and I was sensing that things were going downhill. I had been tempted to skip the tithe check but God kept tugging at my heart to trust Him, not me. So I started with that before I could back out.

I finished paying all my bills...knowing that if my car payments would go in this month they would bounce. I was strangely peaceful. I was trusting God and knowing that He would cover it. I was thinking of creative ways to make some extra cash, and even considering taking a really stupid dare of drinking some grout water (another story) for $100. But I kept stopping myself and thinking, "God will provide a way. If its earning money it won't be by killing myself and drinking something with lime in it!" Haha.

A WHOLE DAY LATER...I was chatting with my mom and suddenly it hit me...

When you look at the balance in my computer it is already accounting for the car payments. I had been subtracting those in my mind twice! YIKES! No wonder I thought I didn't have any money!!!

So God totally provided!!! He ROCKS!!!

My cousin recently posted something on her blog at www.discoveringnathan.blogspot.com that got me thinking.

Two Christmases ago I received quite a few calendars. I was deciding where to hang them all when God gave me an idea. I took a mini wall calendar and placed it beside my bed. I called it my calendar of blessings and every night before going to bed I would write something I was thankful for that day. It was anything from a pleasant conversation I had to a large blessing I might have received. There were tragedies that we went through last year, horrible days, but still, every day I was able to find some thing that I could say I was thankful for. On the darkest day of all last year my thankful note was for a hug from a grandfatherly figure in our body. He allowed me to cry on his shoulder.

This calendar blessed me so much I gave out little ones and Christmas gifts along with the story. I have been pleasantly surprised by how many people have started the same habit as well now. I pray that any of you reading this that feel the stirring from God will do the same. It is amazing the things you begin to notice in your life that God does for you.

This all ties to my cousin's post because I was thinking of the things that we do take for granted. I am thankful for our little Nathan boy that helps us to remember to praise God for the achievements that we normally would not notice!

Make sure your sound is on. This was directed by Pastor Pat Propster. He also played the hand of God. I was the starring role. Kelly was the camera girl. And the Jurassic Dove was played by himself.

God can use anything to teach us things. He used me to pass out so you could learn the following lessons:

1. If you are low on the Spiritual water of the word you can get confused and disoriented.
2. If you are low on the Spiritual water of the word you can get hurt.
3. If you are low on the Spiritual water of the word you worry your family and friends.

Learn this lesson well...I don't want to have to pass out again if you don't get it!

Ok ok, I wasn't going to tell this story because I know people will laugh and it wasn't funny when I did it...but oh well...laugh away...

I got up on Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. and went into the bathroom where I got really light headed and passed out. In doing so I somehow got the a small cut on my chin, the skin of my upper lip scraped off, my nose is now numb (tingly numb like I'm on novacain), and my neck is sore.

I'm ok though. I feel better now. I think I was dehydrated. I have not gone to the doctor for a couple of reasons but my main reason is that I think it is food related and I want to rule that out before getting a bunch of expensive tests done. I am very possibly going to go on the GFCF diet here soon. But I need to check into a few things first.

Anyways, for all who care I thank you. for those who don't, why are you reading this?
