How can someone in Nevada sign a petition for California?
They explain at the website that they are wanting to show a national concern with this petition. I have had more info about this, it is originally a case of child abuse so that particular case was probably accurately done by the courts. However, by publishing it it allows every state across the country to cite it and use it in future cases. So the petition is to depublish it so it can't be used in other cases.
